Service Description

Hands up if you're wanting to get fitter, but the thought of joining a gym fills you with dread? I know there's many people, who for many different reasons, don't want to join a gym. But they do want to work out. So I have created this Fit and Fabulous program. Its a 13 week program designed around improving fitness that can be 100% completed outside of a gym environment. You don't even need any equipment. The program starts with a lifestyle assessment and fitness testing. This can take around 2 hours, and during this time, with your input, we set you 2 achievable goals that are used to measure your progress over the 13 weeks. Once this is done, the 13 weeks start. Week 1: We start with a face to face meeting to run through your program and give you the opportunity to ask any questions. We'll go through the exercises on your program, making sure your technique is correct and you are happy with the content. Weeks 2- 5: This where you take over- you follow your program, with me on hand for accountability and support. Week 6: This week its time to re-test your fitness, adapt your program and celebrate your wins! It might also be time to reassess your goals, or make adaptations as necessary. Weeks 7-12: Back over to you. I'll still be on hand for any help, support and guidance you need. By now, making time for exercise is becoming habitual, and you'll be really starting to see the impact of your hard work Week 13: The final week! We'll retest your fitness again, and look back to your first assessment and the changes that have taken place. That's not the end though- to help you move forward, you'll leave with some new goals to keep you motivated, keep up your new levels of fitness, and most importantly, keep you feeling fab!
